摘要
烟草黑胫病粗提毒素对烟草叶组织有明显的损伤作用,同一叶片不同部位对粗毒素的敏感性相似,不同生理年龄烟叶以及同一生理年龄不同品种的烟叶对毒素的敏感性不同。高压灭菌法和抽滤灭菌法所得到粗提毒素无明显差异。土豆600g/ L,糖50g/ L,硫酸铵3g/ L,硫酸镁0.8g/ L,培养时间24d 为最佳的粗毒素高产培养条件。菌丝干重与毒素产量高低无线性相关关系。
Tobacco leaf tissue can cause pathologic changes after infected by the crude toxin from the black shank of tobacco ( phytophora parasitica. avar. nicotianae ). Significantly,some reactions to toxin were observed when the toxin was injected in different places of a tobacco leaf.The different reactions were significantly observed when the leaves at the same stage from different varietes or different stage from a plant were used. Two toxin extracting methods, sterilizing with high pressure steam sterilizer and filtering by bacterial filter, resulted in no differece in toxicity.Among 16 methods given in this study, it provided better crude toxin production than others that was medium with potato 600g/L,suger 50g/L,(NH 4) 2SO 4 3g/L,MgSO 4 0.8g/L and cultural time for 24 days.
