摘要
在对传统的激励横式评析的基础上 ,根据高校知识型员工的特点 ,构建以人为本的内在激励为主、外部条件的激励为辅以及内外配合的激励模式 ,并把经济激励、事业激励、人文关怀、考评激励和外部条件有机结合起来。在实施过程中应树立“以人为本”的现代管理理念 ,因材施“激” ,因时施“激” 。
After analyzing of knowledge staffs of universities and their characteristics and discussing of tradional encouraging pattern, this paper provides a new encouraging pattern which relies mainly on internal encouragement of attaching supreme iniportace to people whride making external encouragement of condition subsidiary. This pattern corubines organically the economic encouragement, wndertaking encouragement, human concern and assessing encouragement with external conditions. In the process of the pattern using, modern management concept of atteohing supreme importance to people should be fostered, encouraging measures be suited to person and occasion as well, encouraging function of rules and regulations be brought in full play and more attention to fair encouragement should be paid.
