摘要
应用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、CHL细胞染色体畸变试验及叙利亚地鼠胚胎细胞转化试验,对国产环丙沙星进行了诱变性和致癌研究。结果: 环丙沙星在小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和CHL细胞染色体畸变试验中均为阴性;在细胞转化试验中不诱发SHE细胞发生形态转化。实验结果提示环丙沙星在体内、外不引起染色体损伤;无体外致癌作用。
The mutagenicity and carcinogenicity of new antibacterial agent ciprofloxacin (China-made) were studied by micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cells, chromosome aberration assay in CHL cells and transformation test of syrian hamster embryo cells.The results were as follows:Ciprofloxacin was not a mutagenic agent in mouse micronucleus test and chromsome aberration assay and gave negative results. In SHE cells transformation test, morphological transformation was not observed in the target cells of early passage Syrian hamster embryo cells of groups either treated with ciprofloxacin or treated with DMSO used as negative control.These results suggested that ciprofloxacin could neither induce chromosome damage both in vivo and in vitro nor induce SHE cells morphological transformation.
