摘要
本文测定了国产环丙氟哌酸对临床分离的883株需氧菌与58株厌氧菌的抗菌作用。金葡球菌的 MIC_(90) 为1mg/L,除沙雷菌的 MIC_(90)为0.25mg/L外,其他肠杆菌科细菌的 MIC_(90)≤0.06mg/L,绿脓杆菌和不动杆菌属的 MIC_(90)分别为1mg/L和0.125~0.5mg/L,90%以上的耐Ceftazidime和庆大霉素的革兰氏阴性菌对环丙氟哌酸仍敏感。对淋球菌的MIC_(90)≤0.0075mg/L,环丙氟哌酸与氧哌嗪青霉素联合对绿脓杆菌和肠球菌、环丙氟哌酸与庆大霉素联合对耐甲氧西林金葡球菌50%呈协同和相加作用,均未出现拮抗现象。
The antibacterial activity of Ciprofloxacin (China made) against 883 aerobic strains and 58 anaerobic strains of clinical isolates was determined. The MIC90 for Staph. aureus and Enterococcus was 1mg/L. With exceptions of Serratia (MIC90 0.25mg/L), the MIC90 for bacteria of Enterobacteriaceae family was less than 0.06mg /L. MIC90 for Ps aeruginosa and Acinetobactef spp. were lmg/L and 0.125-0.5mg/L respectively. More than 90% of Ceftazidime-resistant and Gentamicin-resistant strains of Gram-negative bacteria were sensitive to Ciprofloxacin. The MIC90 for N. gonorr-hoeae was less than 0.0075mg/L. Synergistic or additive effect was observed in more than 50% of strains of Enterococcus and Ps aeruginosa in combination of Ciprofloxacin and Piperacillin.Same phenomenon occurred in combination of Ciprofloxacin and Geat-amicin against MRSA. Antagonism was not observed in the combination.
