摘要
中国对虾口服复合免疫药物"虾康素"后,于第1,3,5,7天分别测定了中国对虾血清中抗菌活力、溶菌活力和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力。结果表明,血清中抗菌、溶菌活力和ACP活力在第1,3,5,7天时均为实验组高于对照组,并且均差异极显著。
The antibacterial, bacteriolytic and acid phosphatase (ACP) activities in the haemolymph of Penaeus chinensis were assayed on days 1,3,5 and 7 after immuno drugs were orally ingested by the prawns. It is shown from the assayed results that the antibacerial ,bacteriolytic and ACP activities in serum of experimental group were much higher than those of control one on days 1,3,5 and 7, and the mean differences were very significant.
