摘要
油气微生物勘探技术(MPOG)因具有直接、有效、多解性小和经济效益好等优势日益受到全球油气勘探界的重视。运用油气微生物勘探新技术中的天然气微生物勘探技术,在二连盆地马尼特坳陷进行了采样和甲烷氧化菌培养,之后根据经验确定了该坳陷的2个气异常显示区即西北异常区和中南异常区,发现该两异常区异常值与区内已钻井的勘探结果基本相符,说明微生物勘探技术效果较好。通过油气微生物勘探技术实践,讨论了该技术分析结果的客观性和地表、断层等因素对该技术效果的影响。认为该技术对我国复杂地质条件下的天然气勘探具有重要的应用价值。在天然气微生物勘探基础上,结合圈闭、油源等条件对研究区进行了含油性预测,并确定了最有利的布井点位。
Microbial prospecting of oil and gas (MPOG) is paid more and more attention by the whole exploration field, because of its many advantages such as direct display, effectiveness, economics and less multi-interpretation. With the new method of the microbial prospecting of natural gas, which is one of MPOG, applied to Manite depression of Erlian basin, the samples are collected and the methane oxidizing bacteria are cultivated, the following abnormal zones are classified. The two gas abnormal zones are north-western abnormal zone and middle-southern abnormal zone. Comparing the microbial results with the drilled wells in studied area, the accordance between them is satisfactory. Meanwhile, through the microbial prospecting of natural gas practices, the influence of the soil surface and subsurface faults as well as the objectivity of the analytic results are concluded and discussed, which have much significance for Chinese complicated subsurface geo-structural natural fields to explore oil & gas. At last, on the basis of the microbial results of gas indicator and combining with many conditions such as traps and oil source, etc. The oil and gas potentiality is analyzed, and the optimal drilling site is also provided which are needed to be clarified in the future well drilling.
