摘要
微生物勘探中 ,指示菌对勘探效果有着重大影响。文章对已知有气藏区块和无气藏区块对照研究 ,通过土壤微生物生态调查和指示菌筛选实验 ,确定甲烷氧化菌和 5种土壤主要细菌生物量为天然气微生物勘探指示菌。
The indicating bacteria has significant influences on the results of microbiological exploration. It is well compared and studied the recognized zones with reservoirs and those without reservoirs. Through the ecological research on microbes in the soil and experiments on the indicating bacteria screening, the methane oxidation bacteria and another five main kinds of bacteria from soils can be regarded as the indicating bacteria of microbiological exploration of natural gas.
