摘要
通过对草莓茎尖离体培养的试验研究表明 :取草莓茎尖为外植体 ,以 0 .35mm大小为宜 ;用MS +0 .5mg/L6 BA +0 .2mg/LNAA培养基 ,不定芽再生率高 ;以 1/2MS +0 .1mg/LIBA生根效果最好。
This experimental result shows: Using 0.35mm of the strawberry stem tip as explant for culture in vitro, is suitable under media of MS +(0. 5)mg/L BA +(0.2)mg/L NAA. Of which the regenerative rate of the (adventitious) bud is high; The medium 1/2MS +0.1mg/L IBA is best for rooting.
