黄毛草莓组织培养与快繁技术研究 被引量:20

摘要 以原产我国的黄毛草莓匍匐茎茎尖为材料进行初始离体培养获得无菌苗,并以此为试材筛选出适宜黄毛草莓增殖快繁和离体生根的培养基。实验表明,利用草莓匍匐茎茎尖在MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA培养基上获得无菌苗,适合黄毛草莓快繁的培养基为MS+0.4 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,增殖倍数为5.877;适宜其生根的培养基是1/2MS+0.2 mg/L IBA,生根率可达100%。初步建立了黄毛草莓茎尖培养、组培苗快繁技术,为今后黄毛草莓再生及离体诱导染色体加倍奠定了基础。 The F.nilgerrensis origined from China in vitro was obtained by the culture of shoot tip of runner. Then the rapid propagation and rooting of the wild strawberry F.nilgerrensis with it as initial material were studied in this paper.The results showed that the medium for F.nilgerrensis shoot tip culture was MS+0.5 mg/L6-BA,for the rapid propagation of the tissue culture plantlets,the adequate medium was MS+0.4 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/L NAA,the proliferation coefficient is 5.877;the adequate rooting medium is 1/2MS+0.2 mg/L IBA,the rooting rate is 100%.In this study,an effective system of F.nilgerrensis shoot tip cultivation,multiplication and rooting was established.The foundation was established for the future regeneration and tissue culture of F.nilgerrensis.
