摘要
本文以史料为据,在归纳总结现有研究成果的基础上,对湖北省旱涝灾害的特点及其形成原因进行了总结性研究。研究表明:湖北省旱涝灾害具有灾害种类多;年年有灾、季季有灾害、灾害发生频率越来越快;区区有灾、但地区分布不均匀;受灾区域面积不断扩大、灾情逐渐加重等特点;其形成原因极其复杂,涉及自然地理地貌因素、气候因素、人为因素导致的资源环境退化与社会经济因素等方面。
Based on the historical documents on the flood and drought disaster, this research summarized the properties of flood-drought disaster in Hubei province. The results show that the features of the flood and drought disaster are caused by the interaction of the nature environmental elements such as physiognomy and climate factors, irrational human activities including destroying forest and exploiting lakes, and other economical factors. The nature environmental elements conceive 'excessive' characteristic,the irrational human activities lead to the flood disaster to occur'frequently and severely'.
