摘要
成熟的意识形态是作为减少其他制度安排的服务费用的最重要的制度安排而存在。但是,在制度创新的过程中,意识形态的刚性则会通过增加制度创新的服从成本、交易成本和代理成本的方式增加制度创新的总费用,从而使制度创新的收益和绩效减弱。
A mature ideology comes into being as a result of the most important system arrangement that helps to reduce the service cost of other system arrangements. However, in the process of system innovation, ideological rigidity increases submission cost, transaction cost and brokerage cost, thereby raising the total cost of system innovation and reducing its benefit and efficiency.
