摘要
工程管理专业是新设立的专业,各项培养措施与方法都在积极的探讨和实践之中。从我国当前对建筑业应用型人才的要求出发,提出在工程管理专业设立双导师制的观点,并对双导师制的含义、实施的时间、内容以及工程管理专业设置双导师制的作用与基础条件进行了论述,同时也说明了我们目前实践该项制度的具体情况。
The construction management is a new major of Chinese higher education. It's cultivation measure is being developed and executed now. Based on requiring of applying-orient talents in our construction trades, the thesis raises the idea of setting double tutors for students in construction management subject, and treats of the meaning, executing time, content, role and basement of double tutors. It also states the situation that we executed the idea of setting double tutors for students in construction management major.
