摘要
目的 探讨正常和室间隔缺损儿童心房胶原纤维的分布及其含量。方法 应用Mas son染色及数字图像分析方法 ,光镜观测 6例正常和 12例室间隔缺损儿童心房胶原纤维网络构筑。结果 (1)正常心房心肌细胞周围有较细的胶原纤维膜 ,彼此连接成蜂窝状。粗的胶原纤维包绕着若干个心肌细胞 ,分割形成心肌细胞群 ,细纤维以粗纤维为支架 ,编织成纤细的胶原网。(2 )室间隔缺损儿童心房胶原纤维的形态构筑与正常基本相似 ,但部分区域胶原纤维发生重排、消失或出现大量的不规则斑块及团块。 (3 )数字图像分析表明 ,室间隔缺损组胶原纤维的含量均较正常明显增多 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 室间隔缺损儿童心房胶原纤维部分区域明显改变 ,含量显著增加。
Objective To investigate the distribution pattern and c ontent of collagen fibers of atrium cordis in children with normal and ventricul ar septal defect. Methods The expression of collagen fibers in 6 normal and 12 ventricular septal defect children hearts was determined by usin g Masson staining and digital image analysis . Results (1)In no rmal atrium cordis,many thin collagenous fibers membrane around the normal atr ial myocardial cells were connected with each other, like “honeycomb”, and a f ew myocardial cells were encircled by thick collagenous fibers to form cell gro ups,and thin collagenous fibers were supported by thick ones to connect into a n et. (2)In children with atrium of ventricular septal defect,the morphological st ructure of collagenous fibers were mostly similar to the normal ones,but a few w ere rearranged or disappeared in some areas,and a large amount of irregular plaq ues and balls appeared.(3)The results of digital image analysis showed that the content of collagen fibers of atrium cordis increased obviously in children with ventricular septal defect(P<0.01).Conclusion The collagen fibers in atrium cordis were redistributed and increased in content significantl y in some areas in children with ventricular septal defect.
