非发酵糖革兰氏阴性杆菌的耐药发展研究进展 被引量:34

摘要 非发酵糖的革兰氏阴性杆菌 ,包括铜绿假单胞菌及不动杆菌已成为院内感染的重要病原菌 ,近年来这两种菌对常用抗生素的耐药性在增加。它们可以通过产生多种酶 (包括超广谱β-内酰胺酶、碳青霉烯酶 )、主动外排系统增强、膜通透性降低而造成多重耐药。通过病例对照研究发现多重耐药菌感染的危险因素及其预后影响因素将对今后的临床工作提供帮助。
