摘要
克山病病区玉米中α-生育酚、γ-生育酚、硒含量分别为1.42±1.09μg/g、18.33±13.53μg/g 0.0100±0.0032μg/g,非病区分别为6.77±6.16μg/g、(?)25.99±12.50μg/g、0.0275±0.0131μg/g。其中α-生育酚、硒含量病区显著低于非病区,且α-生育酚和硒含量之间呈显著正相关。该结果提示,α-生育酚和硒的共同缺乏在克山病发病中起重要作用。
Contents of α-tocopherol,r-toeopherol and selenium in maize from Keshan disease endemic areas were 1.42 + 1.09ug/g,18.33±13.53ug/g and 0.0100±0.0032ug/g respectively, those from nonendemic areas were6.77.(?) G.16ug/g,25.99±12.5,0ug/g and 0.2075±0.0131.ug/g respective1y.<Contents of α-tocopherol and selenium from endemic areas were markedly lower than those from nonendemic areas. There was obviously direct correlation between the contents of α-tocopherol and selenium. The results suggest that the lack of both α-tocopherol and selenium might play an important role in occurrence of keshan disease.
