摘要
目的 采用MTT法观察中药补肾健骨汤载药血清对大鼠成骨细胞增殖的影响。方法 将补肾健骨汤口饲大鼠,每日1次,连续7 d,于末次给药后2 h采血,分离获得含药血清,加入成骨细胞培养液中,连续培养10 d,从第2天开始用MTT法测定光密度值,探讨该方剂对成骨细胞增殖的影响。结果 大鼠成骨细胞体外培养在对数生长期第3天至第9天载药血清组明显高于对照组。结论 用MTT法观察补肾健骨汤载药血清对大鼠成骨细胞增殖有明显促进作用。
Objective To study the effects of Bushen Jiangu decoction on the proliferation of osteoblast observed by MTT method. Methods Rats were fed with Bushen Jiangu decoction once per day for 7 days. Blood was collected 2 hours after the last administration of medicine. Then serum was separated and added to the osteoblast culture medium. After 10-day culture,the absorbence density was determined by MTT method to study the effects of this medicine. Results In logarithmic growth period, the MTT value of rat osteoblast cultured with the serum was significantly higher than that in control group from day 3 to day 9. Conclusion Bushen Jiangu decoction promotes rat osteoblast proliferation, which can be detected by MTT method.
