摘要
[目的]观察仙鹿健骨汤含药血清对大鼠成骨细胞增殖和成骨细胞ALP的影响。[方法]取12周龄Wister大鼠40只,随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F六组,每组8只,分为仙鹿健骨汤低、中、高剂量组(A、B、C组),阳性对照组(D组)、模型组(E组)及空白对照组(F组),制备成仙鹿健骨汤含药血清备用。成骨细胞建立采用新生SD乳鼠5只(24h内颅盖骨)进行体外细胞传代培养。观察仙鹿健骨汤含药血清对体外培养的新生SD大鼠成骨细胞增殖、分化情况。[结果]B、C、D、F组间比较无显著性差异,与E组比较细胞增殖分化与ALP影响具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]仙鹿健骨汤含药血清能促进大鼠早期成骨细胞的增殖与分化。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Xianlu Jiangu Decoction serum on osteobiasts proliferation and ALP. [Method] Take 40 Wister rats of 12w, randomly divide them into six groups: A,B,C,D,E and F, 8 in each, i.e. low, middle and high-dosage groups(A,B,C) of Xianln Jiangu Decoction, positive control group(D), model group(E) and blank control group(F), make the decoction serum for standby. For osteoblasts, take 5 newborn rats for cell passage culture in vitro. Observe the effect of serum on SD rats' osteoblasts proliferation and differentiation. [Result] There's no marked difference among B,C,D and F, but it has obvious difference compared with E group on proliferation, differentiation and ALP(P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01). [Conclusion] Xianlu Jiangu Decoction serum can promote rats early osteoblasts proliferation and differentiation.
