摘要
通过实证研究结果显示,相对于国有中小型企业来说,国有大型企业在技术创新过程中发挥了更加重要的作用,这一结果与国外已有的研究结果正好相反(Freel,MarkS,2000;StoreyandSykes,1996),并对国有大型企业和国有中小型企业的技术创新情况进行比较,探寻技术创新的障碍因素对国有大型企业和国有中小型企业限制程度上的差异,同时提出相宜的解决措施。
Through a critical review of the previous literature and an empirical analysis of data collected from 274 Chinese State-owned Enterprises (SOEs), it is shown that, relative to the small- and medium-size SOEs, large-sized SOEs have played more important role during the technological innovation process. Such a research result is just contrary to that achieved abroad (Freel, Mark S, 2000; Storey and Sykes, 1996). A comparison of the technological innovation process is made between large-sized SOEs and small- and medium-size SOEs to seek for the difference in the constraint degree of impediment factors of technological innovation between the two types of SOEs and corresponding countermeasures are put forth.
