摘要
通过分析我国中小企业技术创新的障碍性因素及其成因,以分工及专业化组织理论为依据,构建了中小企业基于合作的一体化创新实现模式,并分析了其运行机制,希望为我国中小企业技术创新有效实现提供一定的借鉴。
After analyzing the obstacle factors, the paper tries to establish the innovation model by a synthesis of specializing theories. Finally, the paper analyzes its operating mechanism, for the reference of technological innovation model of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises.
