人细小病毒B19感染在心肌病发病中的作用 被引量:2

Role of human parvovirus B19 infection in the pathogenesis of cardiomyopathy

摘要 目的 :探讨人细小病毒B19(HPVB19)感染在心肌病发病中的作用。方法 :病理诊断确诊为炎症性心肌病患者 30例 ,扩张型心肌病 (DCM)患者 36例 ,肥厚型心肌病 (HCM)患者 13例 ,无心肌炎、DCM或近期感染者 (对照 ) 36例。所有被研究者均行心肌组织活检 ,用于病理组织学检查和巢式聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测分析HPVB19 DNA。结果 :炎症性心肌病中有 4例HPVB19 DNA阳性 (占 13.3% ) ,DCM中有 3例HPVB19 DNA阳性 (占 8.3% ) ,HCM中有 2例HPVB19 DNA阳性 (占 15 .4 % ) ,而对照组HPVB19 DNA均为阴性。结论 :心肌病患者中HPVB19感染率较高 ,HPVB19感染可能是心肌病的重要病因之一。 Objective:To explore the the role of Human Parvovirus B19(HPV B19) infection in the pathogenesis of cardiomyopathy.Method:Myocardium biopsies were performed in all the cases, according to the histopathologic result, 30 cases were diagnosed as inflammatory cardiomyopathy, 36 cases as DCM, And 36 cases with no history of myocarditis,dilated cardiomyopathy or recent infection were enrolled as controls.All of these biopsies were subjected to histopathologic diagnosis and PCR to analyse and quantify the HPV B19-DNA.Result:Four patients(4/30) with inflammtory cardiomyopathy ( 13.3%), 3(3/36) patients with DCM ( 8.3%) and 2(2/13) patients with HCM(15.4%) were HPV B19-DNA positive. All of the control samples were negative to HPV B19-DNA.Conclusion:HPV B19 infection is closely related to the pathogenesis of cardiomyopathy, and may be an important cause to cardiomyopathy.
