摘要
目的研究人细小病毒B19(HPVB19)感染与特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的关系。方法应用巢式聚合酶链反应技术检测84例ITP患儿存档骨髓涂片标本中HPVB19DNA,并以24例巨幼细胞性贫血(MA)患儿为对照。结果84例ITP骨髓中HPVB19DNA阳性36例,阳性率为43%,24例MA患儿骨髓中HPVB19DNA阳性3例,阳性率为12%,(χ2=6.199,P<0.05),ITP组中首发和复发,治疗前与治疗后以及不同性别患儿骨髓中HPVB19DNA检出率均无明显差异,急性型与慢性型ITP患儿骨髓中HPVB19DNA检出率之间有差异。结论临床上较大部分ITP患儿的发病可能与HPVB19感染有关;急性型HPVB19DNA检出率高。
Objective To study the relationship between human parovirus B19(HPV B19) infection and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods Nested polymerase chain reaction was used to detect HPV B19 DNA on stock bone marrow smears from 84 children with ITP. Twenty four cases of macrocytic anemia (MA) were chosen as controls. Results Thirty six of 84 cases of ITP and 3 of 24 cases of MA were positive for HPV B19 DNA, with a positive rates of 43% and 12%, respectively ( χ 2=6.199, P <0.05). There were no differences in the HPV B19 DNA detective rates concerned with the onset and recurrence of ITP, treatment, and genders. However, there was a significant difference in detective rates between different stages of ITP (acute stage vs. chronic stage). Conclusion Most attacks of ITP might be correlated with HPV B19 infection. The higher detective rates of HPV B19 were found in the younger patients with ITP and in acute stage of ITP. However, the HPV B19 DNA detective rate was not correlated with the genders, treatement, as well as the onset and recurrence of ITP.
