ICAM-1与内分泌和代谢病关系的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 细胞问粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)有着十分重要的生理、病理作用,它的变化与很多疾病都密切相关,本文综述了近年来国外学者对于ICAM-1与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病、高脂血症以及糖尿病并发症的研究,发现:ICAM-1/淋巴细胞功能相关抗原-1(LFA-1)途径介导了Graves病和桥本甲状腺炎的甲状腺组织损伤,Graves眼病的球后炎症反应,高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化及糖尿病所致的血管内皮损伤。
