摘要
对补阳还五汤治疗2型糖尿病及合并症的现状进行文献整理和分析。以补阳还五汤和糖尿病为主题词对CNKI和万方数据自1979年以来的文献进行检索,对检索的350余篇相关文献就益气活血法治疗糖尿病的历史沿革、临床应用和动物实验进行了归纳分析。气虚血瘀是糖尿病的主要病因病机之一。补阳还五汤临床治疗糖尿病及合并症疗效满意的原因是抓住了气虚血瘀这一主要矛盾。如病机以肾阳不足/阴虚燥热等为主要矛盾时,应据证另选良方,否则不顾病机而名方滥投亦难取效。动物实验从分子水平初步揭示了补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病及合并症的机制,但在基因水平的研究还有待深入,今后应注重该方治疗糖尿病作用环节/靶点的研究,深入研究该方治疗糖尿病的有效成分及提取方法,为研制治疗糖尿病新药奠定理论基础。
