原木灵芝药材显微形态及其扫描电镜鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 采用扫描电子显微镜对原木灵芝药材的显微形态结构进行观察结果表明灵芝 Ganodrma lucidum与紫芝 G.sinense的担孢子在形态结构及大小上存在明显差别 ,为灵芝生药材鉴定提供一种形象直观的新依据。在扫描电镜下可见灵芝担孢子大小为 5 .2 6~ 6.0 5× 7.89~ 8.68μm,表面分布着一些或明或暗的微小的凹陷或坑穴 ;而紫芝担孢子大小为 6.84~ 7.3 7× 10 .2 6~ 11.0 5 μm,表面有纵向分布的或长或短的沟、嵴和数条环状波纹。 In this paper ,micrograph were provide as visual and intuitionistic characteristics in the identification of the legal medicinal materials'LINGZHI',Micro-modality of the basidiospore(sampling from the surface of pileus),and microstructure of hymenium(slice),were observed by scanning electron microscope.(SEM)There were obvious different between the Basdiospores of Ganodrma lucidum and G.sinense.Under sacnning electron microscpe(SEM),there were some either distinct or blurred minute hollows or holes on suface of the former(Basidiospore of Ganodrma lucidum),with a size of 5.26~6.05×7.89~8.68μm ;and the latter (Basdiospores of G.sinense)were canaliculate and ridgy(vary in length)vertical-ranged and several annularripple around the surface,with6.84~7.37×10.26~11.05μm.
