摘要
五种不同菌材培养的灵芝氨基酸含量测定结果表明:以乌桕为菌材培养的灵芝子实体中总氨基酸含量最高,其含量由高到低顺序为乌桕>木麻黄>板栗>黧蒴>红锥,且均高于对照药材。
Amino acid contents ,of Ganoderma lucidum cultivated with five kinds of woods were; determined. The results showed the content of the total amino acids in 6. lucidum from the wood of Sapium sebiferum is the highest. At the same time, contents of amino acid in cultiated Ganoderma lucidum spores were also detemined.
