摘要
目的 应用反相高效液相色谱法测定化瘀祛斑胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法 色谱柱为 Alltech:Alltima C1 8( 5μm 4.6× 15 0 mm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 ( 5 0∶ 5 0∶ 1) ,检测波长为 2 74nm,流速为 1.0 m L· min- 1。结果 黄芩苷在 0 .2 μg～ 1.0 μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系 ( r=0 .9995 ) ;平均加样回收率为 99.12 % ,RSD=1.3 8% ( n=5 )。 结论 本方法测定结果准确、灵敏、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of baicalin in Huayuquban Capsulae.METHODS Alltech:Alltima C 18 column was used and methanol-water-acetic acid glacial(50∶50∶1)was used as mobile phase and UV detection wavelegth was 274nm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Baicalin and absorption area value in range of 0.2μg～1.0μg,r=0.9995.The average recovery was 99.12% with RSD=1.38%(n=5).CONCLUSION The method was highly repeatable and accurate.
