摘要
目的测定孕康口服液(山药、续断、黄芪等)中3种成分的含有量,并建立其HPLC指纹图谱。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Eclipse XDB C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长212、230、316 nm。结果芍药苷、黄芩苷、川续断皂苷Ⅵ分别在8.4~84、9.8~98、6.4~64μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为100.1%、101.6%、99.3%,RSD分别为0.92%、1.33%、2.85%。16批样品指纹图谱中有13个共有峰,相似度均大于0.944。结论该方法简便灵敏,专属性强,可用于孕康口服液的质量控制。
AIM To determine the contents of three constituents in Yunkang Oral Liquid(Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Dipsaci Radix, Astragali Radix, etc.) and to establish the HPLC fingerprints.METHODS The analysis of 50% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Eclipse XDB C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 212, 230, 316 nm.RESULTS Paeoniflorin, baicalin, asperosaponinⅥ showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 8.4-84, 9.8-98, 6.4-64 μg/mL(r=0.999 9), whose average recoveries were 100.1%, 101.6%, 99.3% with the RSDs of 0.92%, 1.33%, 2.85%, respectively. There were thirteen common peaks in the fingerprints of sixteen batches of samples with the similarities of more than 0.944.CONCLUSION This simple, sensitive and specific method can be used for the quality control of Yunkang Oral Liquid.
