摘要
使用草酸作沉淀剂,采用液相沉淀法成功制备了氧化钇纳米级粉末。对该粉末的扫描电镜图以及差热分析图等进行了分析以及对溶液的pH值、浓度、反应方式、分散剂及煅烧温度等因素进行了考察,得出了较为理想的工艺条件。在此工艺条件下制得的氧化钇粉末粒径为20~50nm。
Yttrium oxide nano-powder is prepared by liquid-phase precipitation using oxalic acid as the precipitant.Study is made of the solution in respect of pH value,concentration,reaction method, dispersing agent and calcinations temperature through SEM and DTA analysis of the powder.20~50 nm.Yttrium oxide powder is produced under the resultant ideal technological conditions.
