摘要
根据文献及研究中的体会,归纳总结了用湿法制备纳米级粉末晶体过程中晶体的生长理论问题。晶体生长理论对晶体制备工艺有着重要的意义。在文中,作者阐述及探讨了晶体生长过程的研究情况,介绍了已有晶体生长的理论及晶体生长理论的研究发展趋势。
This paper summarizes the problems that occur in nanon powder crystal growth by wet process,which is significant to produce podwer crystal.In this study,research status of the crystal growth,existed crystal growth principles,and the development trend of these crystal growth principles are discussed.
