摘要
本文依据管理科学的基本原理,对本馆人力资源开发与管理现状进行了介绍。经过管理体制、服务水平、人员调配、制度完善等一系列的改革,全馆服务质量、服务观念有了较大改变。
According to the basic principle of management science, the paper introduces the developmentand management situation on human resource. By reforming the management system, service level, laboradjustment, and system improvement, the service quality and service concept have been highly improved.
