摘要
在以知识创新为特点的新世纪 ,知识因素成为经济增长和社会进步中最重要的因素。在收入贫困、人类贫困及知识贫困三种贫困表现中 ,知识贫困成为最大的贫困和贫困的根源。做为发展中国家 ,我国在追逐知识发展这一“移动目标”的过程中 ,知识贫困愈显严重。本文对我国知识贫困方面的现状进行了较全面的分析研究。
