摘要
图书馆的管理既要坚持人性化管理,又要坚持制度化管理。人性化管理与制度化管理的最佳结合才是图书馆管理的最佳模式。本文从人性化管理的内涵出发,探讨了人性化管理在图书馆规章制度的应用,指出了人性化管理是图书馆管理的主流及发展方向。
The management of a library should be humane and also based on regulations.The paper inquires into the application of humane management in library regulations and the author believes that humane management is the main orientation in library.
