摘要
以往工作表明,中枢内精氨酸加压素(Arginine vasopressin,AVP)和催产素(oxytotin,OXT)对针刺镇痛有重要的调节作用。然而和AVP和OXT通过中枢内何种神经结构参与针刺镇痛,目前国内外报道尚不多。本工作采用核团微穿刺技术结合放射免疫分析技术(Radioimmunoassay,RIA),检测针刺时大鼠中枢和血浆内AVP和OXT含量变化,探讨AVP和OXT参与针刺镇痛的神经结构。
This wrok was to investigate the change of the contents of vasopressin and oxytoein during acupuncture in rat. Acupuncture could not only cause a change of immunoreative arginine w.sopressin,but also cause a change of immunoreactive oxytocin in many regions of rat brain.These results suggest that arginine vasopressin' and oxytocin might be throt, gh the central nervous system to participate acupuncture analgesia.
