摘要
本工作应用RIA观察了在视上核(SON)内注射10μg L-谷氨酸(L-Glu)和电针(EA)对脑部核团精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的变化。结果表明:(1)注射和电针后在SON内AVP含量无明显变化。注射后,在室旁核(PVN)内AVP含量先明显升高(p<0.05),而后明显降低(P<0.05)。而注射和电针后室旁核内AVP先含量明显降低(P<0.05~0.01),而后升高(P<0.01)。(2)SON内注射L-Glu后,中缝大核(NRM)和蓝斑(LC)内AVP含量先明显升高(p<0.05)。以上结果提示。刺激的SON引起镇痛和加强EA镇痛效应与SON内AVP无明显关系,但PVN内AVP可能参与痛的调制过程。
The changs of arginine vasopressin ( AVP) contents in some brain areas after injection of L-glutamic acid(L-Glu) into supraoptic nucleus (SON) and electroacupuncture (EA) were observed with RIA. The results showed that the content of AVP in SON was not much changed, AVP in paraventricular nucleus increased at 30min but decreased at 60 min after injection of L-Glu into SON. EA after injection of L-Glu into SON would reduce the content of AVP in PVN at first but increase the content at 30 min after stopping EA. AVP content in nucleus magus raphe and locus coerluse also increased after injection of L-Glu into SON and EA. The above results suggested that the effect of analgesia and enhancement of EA analgesia induced by stimulation of SON did not relate with AVP in SON but AVP in PVN might be involved in the modulation of pain.
