摘要
伦理经营将会成为未来企业经营的主要方式。要从改善我国宏观道德环境和企业自身行为入手,提高企业行为伦理化程度:加强相关制度的建设,为企业营造良好的道德环境;建立企业伦理经营补偿机制;企业也要加强内部伦理建设。
Ethics management will become the main way which enterprises manage in. We should start with improving moral environment of our country and improving enterprise's behavior to improve enterprise's ethics. First of all, strengthen the construction of the relevant system to build good moral environment for enterprises. Secondly, set up enterprise's ethics compensation mechanism. Finally, enterprises should strengthen the ethics construction inside enterprises.
