摘要
伦理化经营是企业管理发展的新趋势,结合其产生的时代背景分析了我国企业的伦理现状,认为加强企业伦理建设是建设市场经济和现代企业制度的本质要求,也是经济全球化时我国企业提出的挑战。在此基础上,提出了制定企业伦理准则、加强对员工的伦理教育、提高企业经营者的人格素质和建立相应的行业中介机构等一系列加强伦理建设的途径。
The integration of management and ethics is a new trend of enterprise management, and it has its own social background. The present status quo of enterprise ethics in China is analyzed in this paper, and it is argued that the construction of the socialist market economy and modern enterprise system, and the challenge posed by economic globalization demand the reinforcement of enterprise ethics. In consequence, the ways to reinforce the construction of enterprise ethics are put forward, including the formulation of enterprise ethic standards, the reinforcement of the employees' ethic education, the improvement of entrepreneurs' personal qualities, and the establishment of corresponding broker agencies.
