摘要
2008年,举世震惊的三聚氰胺奶粉事件引起了中国整个乳品行业的大地震,也把企业家、经营者的道德问题摆在了人们面前。这种为了追逐一己私利而漠视人民群众的生命健康安全的行为反映出了企业经营道德的缺失。本文对三聚氰胺事件的根源进行了分析,并提出了重塑企业经营道德的措施。
last year, the melamine incident which shocked the whole world aroused an earthquake among the entire Chinese dairy industry. At the same time, it caused the public concerns over the moral issues of the enterpreneurs and managers. The pursuit of their self - interests at the cost of the people＇ s lives and health reflected a lack of business ethics . The paper analyzes the root of the melamine incident and proposes some measures to remodel the business ethics.
