摘要
本文用娄似单次散射理论的方法模拟了中能弹性背散射电子的极角分布(ARMEE)。计算结果和他人的实验结果和基于Monte Carlo法的结果符合得很好。本文还简单地讨论了角分辨中能弹性电子在表面分析中应用的可能性,并得到了一个和角分辨俄歇(ARAES)十分相似的计算ARMEE的公式。
The angle distributions of medium energy electron back-scattered from surface are calculated with a SSC like formula. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data and the calculation with Monte Carlo algorithm. The use of ARMEE as a new tool for the study of surface structure and other applications is discussed briefly.
