摘要 研究了各种浇注温度下,超声波对铝合金铸锭组织的影响,分析了超声波对铝合金铸锭细化率的影响因素,并且对冷却曲线进行了比较。 The effect of pouring temperature on solidification structure of ultrasonic ingots was investigated. Influence factor of ultrasonic vibration on grain refinement rate of aluminum alloy ingots is analyzed. Moreover, the cooling curve of ingots was compared to no ultrasonic vibration and with ultrasonic vibration.
