摘要
为了降低大规格铝合金铸锭的偏析,提高铸锭性能,采用多源超声处理铝熔体是可行方法之一。本文采用4套超声振动系统按照矩形布置,进行半连续铸造,对铝锭在不同位置截取的1/4横截面进行宏观组织分析,发现超声波对铝锭低倍组织的影响在不同高度存在差异,不同区域影响的强弱不一致,这为工程应用提供了一定的理论指导。
In order to reduce the segregation and improve the comprehensive performance of large size aluminum alloy ingot, it is a feasible method to apply multi source ultrasonic to the aluminum melt. Four sets of ultrasonic vibration system in accordance with the rectangular layout were used. After the completion of semicontinuous casting, the 1/4 cross section of aluminum ingot in different positions was analyzed macroscopically. The result shows that the influence of ultrasonic wave on macrostructure of aluminum ingot is different at different heights and the influence of different regions is inconsistent. This provides some theoretical guidance for engineering applications.
