摘要
合成了8个新的N-(5-四唑基)-N′-芳酰基脲类化合物( a~ h),采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析证实了目标化合物的结构,并进行了室内初步的生物活性测验.生测试验表明一些含四唑基的芳酰基脲具有优良的植物激素活性,尤其是目标化合物中 g、 h具有良好的生长素活性, f、 h具有好的细胞分裂素活性且生根性能优于吲哚乙酸.
Eight new N-(5-tetrazolyl-N-aryl acyl urea have been synthesized,their structure were confirmed by IR,()~1H NMR and elementary analysis.The results of biological activity tests in room indicate that some title compounds have marked activity on plant hormone,Ⅱ_g?Ⅱ_h have fine acxins activity,Ⅱ_f,Ⅱ_h have excellent activity on cytokinin,their function on growth of root are much better than β-indolylacetic acid.
