摘要
合成了 6个 3 氨基 1 H 1,2 ,4 三唑的Schiff碱和 6个新的 5 氨基 1 H 1,2 ,3,4 四唑的Schiff碱 ,通过UV、IR、1HNMR和元素分析等对其结构进行了表征 ,生物活性测试试验表明 ,不少化合物都具有良好的植物激素活性 ,其中Ⅰ系列化合物具有优良的细胞分裂素活性 ,而Ⅱ系列化合物则具有很好的生长素活性与生根性能 ,氯代苯甲醛、噻吩甲醛和吲哚甲醛的Schiff碱活性最好 .
Schiff bases of 3 amino 1H 1,2,4 Triazole and new Schiff bases of 5 amino 1H 1,2,3,4 Tetrazole have been synthesized.Their structure were originally characterized by UV,IR 1HNMR and elementary analysis.It is found from the results of biological tests that some compounds have good activity on plant hormone.Schiff bases of Triaszole have a good activity on cytokinin,Schiff bases of Tetrazole have a excellent activity on auxin and growth of root.Schiff bases of chlorobenzaldehyde,thiophealdehyde and indolaldehyde have more excellent biological activity.
