摘要
目的 :观察艾迪注射液配合顺铂及 5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 -Fu)化疗对胃癌患者生存质量、免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用随机分组 ,比较艾迪辅助组和非艾迪辅助组的肿瘤缓解率、生存质量、T细胞亚群和不良反应的差异。结果 :艾迪注射液可减轻化疗不良反应 ,提高患者生存质量 ,调节细胞免疫功能状态 ,两组的肿瘤缓解率无统计学差异。结论 :艾迪注射液以扶正解毒作用配合化疗可提高患者生存质量。
Objective:To observe the effects of Aidi-injection combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)/cisplatin(DDP) chemotherapy on the life quality of gastric carcinoma patients and their immunologic function.Methods:Using randomized grouping,the patients of group A were treated with chemotherapy only while group B were Aidi-injection combined with chemotherapy. The differences on tumor effective rate, T-cell subsets and the side-effect of chemotherapy were compared.Results:Aidi-injection reduced the side-effect of chemotherapy, improved physical status(PS) and regulated immunologic function. There was no difference on tumor effective rate between the two groups.Conclusion:Aidi-injection combined with chemotherapy can improve the quality of life.
