摘要
目的研究艾迪注射液治疗晚期肝癌的临床应用及副作用。方法将30例晚期肝癌患者随机分为2组,每组15人。一组使用表阿霉素、顺铂等药物治疗作为对照组。另一组在对照组药物治疗基础上使用艾迪注射液治疗作为治疗组。结果与对照组比较,使用艾迪注射液治疗的患者免疫能力增强,临床疗效和生存质量显著提高,且副作用小。结论艾迪注射液对晚期肝癌有较好的疗效,能够在临床上推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical applications and side effects of Aidi injection in the treatment of advanced liver cancer. Methods 30 patients with advanced liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups, control group treated with（15 cases）epirubicin, cisplatin and other drugs. The treatment group（15 cases）with Aidi injection plus other treatments for control group. Results Compared with control group, the patients treated with Aidi injection can significantly enhance immune function,anticancer efficacy and improved quality of life,and its side effects was weak. Conclusions Aidi injection has a good effect on patients with advanced liver cancer,and effectively improves the quality of life in patients.
