摘要
电镜观察表明,茶奕刺蛾核型多角体病毒(P_fNPV)为单粒、多粒包埋混合型。其多角体呈五角形、六角形或近圆形;病毒粒子杆状,顶端钝圆;核衣壳亦杆状。多角体、病毒粒子和核衣壳的大小分别为700-1700 nm、233-300×33-133 nm和173-235×30-44 nm。用P_fNPV喂饲三龄幼虫,致死中浓度(LC_(50))为5.93×10~4PIB/ml;各测试浓度下致死中时间(LT_(50)为3.43-5.14天,随病毒浓度提高而缩短。
The results acquired through electron microscopy indicated that the nuclear polyhedrosis virus from Phlossa fasciata (Moore) (P_(f)NPV) belonged to the complex type of single and multiple embeded nuclear polyhedrosis virus. The polyhedra were peutagon, hexagon or approximately round in shape. Both the virions and the nucleocapsids were rod-shaped. The sizes of the polyhedra, the virions and the nucleocapsids were 700-1700 nm, 233-300× 33-133 nm and 173-235×30-44 nm respectively. The results of bioassay showed that when P_(f)NPV was fed to the larvae at the third instar, its median lethal concentration (LC_(50)) was 5.93×10^(4)PIB/ml; the median lethal time (LT_(50)) of P_(f)NPV to the larvae was shortened with the increase of the viral concentration.
