摘要
报告了茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒对宿主食物摄取与利用的影响，发现４龄初幼虫自开始饲毒后第３天起，其取食量和排粪量均极显著低于对照；第４天起体重也极显著低于对照．相对摄食速率、相对生长速率一般随饲毒后时间的推移而下降并低于对照。消化量、近似消化率和粗生长效率高于对照，而纯生长效率则低于对照。
This paper deals with the effect of the nuclear polyhedrosis virus from Ectropis obli-qua Prout (EoNPV) on tood consumptlon and utilizatlon ot host larvae. The results showed thatthe amount of food ingested, fecal amount and body weight of the larvae fed with EoNPV at thebeginning of the 4th instarhad been significantly lower than those of the healthy ones since the 3rdand 4th day after the beginning of inoculation, respectively. In general, the relative consumptionrate and relative grouth rate decreased with the passing time after inoculation, and both were lowerthan that of the control ones. The amount of food digested, approximate digestibility and efficiencyof conversion of food ingested were all higher than tliose of the healthy ones,conversely,efficiencyof conversion of food digested was lower.
