摘要
目的 :研究胰腺癌组织中nm2 3 H1 和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达与生物学行为及预后之间的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法 (SABC)对 39例胰腺导管癌nm2 3 H1 基因和PCNA的表达进行检测。结果 :39例胰腺导管癌中nm2 3 H1 基因蛋白的表达率为 6 6 6 7% ,PCNA平均增殖指数为 2 7 5±1 6 4 ;nm2 3 H1 的表达与组织学分级有关 ,P <0 0 5 ,而与临床分期关系不大 ,P >0 0 5 ;PCNA增殖指数与组织学分级和临床分期有关 ,P <0 0 1 ;nm2 3 H1 和PCNA与淋巴结转移呈正相关 ;nm2 3 H1 的高表达与肿瘤细胞的高增殖状态有关 ,P <0 0 1 ;nm2 3 Hl和PCNA的高表达均与患者的预后差密切相关 ,P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1。结论 :nm2 3 H1
Objective To investigate the expression of the nm23 H 1,PCNA and the clinicobiological behavior and prognosis in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma.Methods The expressions of nm23 Hl and PCNA in 39 cases of human pancreatic adenocarcinoma were investigated with the immunohistochemistry method of avidin biotin complex.Results In the 39 cases of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma,the positive rate of nm23 Hl proteins was 66 67%,and the PCNA LI (labeling index) was 27 54±16 42.The positive rate of nm23 H 1 were related to the histological grade, P<0 05 ,but not to clinical stages, P>0 05 .The PCNA LI was significantly different in histological grades and clinical stages, P<0 01 .The expression of nm23 Hl and PCNA were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis.The expression of nm23 H 1 was closely related to the PCNA, P<0 01 .Positive expression of nm23 H 1 and PCNA were associated with the shorter postoperative suvival and the relationship were significant, P<0 05 , P<0 01 .Conclusion The expression of nm23 H 1 and PCNA are important markers reflecting the biological behaviors and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma.
