摘要
试验以水稻新质源两用核雄性不育系ＣＩＳ２８－１０以及杂种ＦＩ、Ｆ２、Ｆ３、Ｂ１Ｆ１为研究材料，通过分析，初步确定ＴＣＩＳ２８－１０的遗传特性。证明ＣＩＳ２８－１０是新质原两用核雄性不育系，其育性受单一位点上的隐性基因控制。
The experimental materials include CIS28-10 and its F1,F2,F3 and B1F1 hybrids. Through analy sis the gene tic characters of CIS28-10 have been basically determined.The results have showed that CIS28-10 is a new type dual-purpose genie male sterile line in rice,and its fertility is controlled by a recessive gene on the unitary locus.
