摘要
CIS28-10是由水稻核质杂种(Carloro/IR28)B9F4中的突变单株按系统选育程序选育而成的新质源两用核不育系.在湘潭,它的不育期达60多天,育性稳定,对低温钝感。在遗传上其育性受一对隐性基因控制,遗传行为简单。
CIS 28 - 10, a thermo-sensitive genie male sterile (TGMS)line,was developed from the natural mutant of a B9F4 progeny of the cross Carloro/IR28. With lower critical temperature, it is of very stable sterility during sterile stage and very long sterile period(over 60 days) in Xiangtan, Hunan, and it is safe to do the seed production with it under long daylength conditions in summer. Futhermore, the genetic study on it shows that the sterility gene is nonallelic to those of Nongken 58S and Annong S - 1,with its sterility controlled by a pair of recessive genes, it is inherited simply,thus its sterility gene can be easily transferred in the breeding of new TGMS lines.
