血清及脑脊液中β-葡萄糖醛酸酶测定在脑肿瘤诊断中的临床意义

摘要 目的 :探讨血清和脑脊液中β-葡萄糖醛酸酶 (β-G)活性测定对脑肿瘤诊断的临床意义。方法 :建立酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)技术测定脑肿瘤及非肿瘤脑病患者血清及脑脊液中和健康献血者 (正常对照 )血清β-G活性,并以CT、MRI及病理结果为参照 ,进行诊断试验研究。结果 :神经胶质瘤患者血清和脑脊液β-G活性均明显高于脑膜瘤及正常对照组 (血清组P<0.05 ,脑脊液组P<0.01) ;神经胶质瘤患者血清和脑脊液增高程度呈正相关 (r=0.745 ,P<0.05) ,检测血清 β-G活性判断恶性脑肿瘤的灵敏度为78.1 %、特异度为74.1%、准确度为75 %。结论 :血清和脑脊液中β-G活性测定对恶性脑肿瘤诊断有一定的参考价值 ;β-G活性可以作为一种初步筛选的方法 。 Objective:To discuss the detection of activity of β-glucuronidase(β-G)in blood serum and CSF of patients with cerebral tumor and its clinical significance.Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was created to measure the activity of β-G in blood serum and CSF of persons with and without cerebral tumor in the light of the results of CT,MRI and pathology.Results:The β-G levels in patients with glioma were significantly higher than those in patients with meningioma and healthy controls(P<0.05 in serum,P<0.01 in CSF).The β-G levels between serum and CSF in patients with glioma were positively correlated(r=0.745,P<0.05).The sensibility to diagnose malignant tumor by detecting the β-G level in serum was 78.1%,the specificity was 74.1% and the accuracy was 75.0%.Conclusion:The activity of β-G in blood serum and CSF is of reference value to diagnose malignant cerebral tumor and can serve as a preliminary screening method.
